BigBox VR is seeking an Operation Specialist to join our growing team. A successful Operation Specialist will have strong communication and people skills but can deliver a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of proven operations, office management, administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proven and effective communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Apps for Work and general computer skills
Description(岗位职责)
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
Help onboarding new people through IT and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Facilitate visitors check-in/check-out
Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time to include management of contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
Manage office construction and maintenance
Maintain and monitor COVID-19 related protocols (PPE, testing, signage, etc.)
