Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ industry experience contributing as a Concept Artist (with a focus in Environment Art, preferably)
- 2+ shipped game titles as an Environment Concept Artist
- Applied experience/comfort with creating 3D block-outs and props
- This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software,and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Due to contractuallimitations and ITAR obligations associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S.legal permanentresident status, or protected person status under8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)is required.
- Candidates selected for this position must comply with Federal Executive Order 14042 mandating that federal contractors and subcontractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine by being fully vaccinated before their date of hire, or work with Microsoft to receive an approved religious or medical accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working across multiple art styles from super stylized to hyper-realistic
- Comfortable working on both design ideation and polished key frame illustration
- Blender and/or Maya experience (or comparable 3D tools)
- Experience using Unity, Unreal, or related game engine(s)
- Augmented or Virtual Reality experience is a nice-to-have
- Understanding of light, shadow, and color
- Understanding of interior and architectural design
- Cross-discipline collaboration skills
- Great communication (both written and verbal)

Description（岗位职责）
- Work closely with Art, Production, Outsourcers, and Design to help build out our portfolio of immersive 3D Environments; you will also contribute to Prop/Asset concept art as needed.
- Contribute accurate and engaging concept designs and illustrations across a variety of Mixed Reality products.
