Oculus Game Studios is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and passionate Mid-Senior Designer to join our team and be a primary contributor to the design, development, and execution of our awesome games. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and versatile with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of games industry experience.
Scripting or programming experience (Blueprint, Lua, C++/C#, etc.).
Experience communicating effectively with artists, designers, engineers, and producers.
Experienced working across large teams with hands-on involvement in the production and development of the game.
Team player with experience collaborating across disciplines.
Proven problem-solving experience.
Description（岗位职责）
Work as part of the design group, taking responsibility for specific game systems, features, and content.
Collaborates with the other department leads to ensure positive communication and problem solving between disciplines.
Works with production to assist, and provide feedback on, high-level plans and schedules.
Design, prototype, and implement game mechanics and systems.
Work directly with artists, programmers, animators, and other game designers to contribute to and implement the vision of the game.
Participate in collaborative design sessions to develop and refine ideas for the game.
Review work from all departments and provide feedback.
Assist in the development and communication of game designs across the team.
Perform research to acquire new knowledge necessary to perform assigned tasks.
Complete tasks in a timely fashion as well as making sure they are robust, expandable, and fun.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
In-depth knowledge of content development tools and various engines such as Unreal and Unity.
Experience developing AAA console and/or VR products.
