We need a solid graphics developer to help us achieve our vision and take our tools to the next level.
Microsoft Synthetics is an internal toolset that leverages 3D content to create AI Vision Data. Our tools build the datasets behind many of our world-class AI algorithms across software, hardware, and cloud solutions, in Mixed Reality and beyond.
In this position, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is developing a scalable, robust, and powerful rendering pipeline. You’ll work closely with artists and customers to add features necessary to empower them to efficiently render high quality and realistic images for training AI.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in C++
- Experience building a renderer, either raytracing or rasterizing
- Experience writing post-process VFX such as: Bloom, SSAO, dynamic exposure, motion blur
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other aspects of computer graphics including linear algebra and image processing
- Experience working with 3D physics or simulation
- Familiarity with computer vision, machine learning, or robotics
- Quality driven, proactive, and motivated for continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
