Summary（岗位介绍）
Seeking a Product Quality Lead who will be responsible for owning and managing the overall quality management systems for our carrier partners. The Product Quality Lead will play a critical role in achieving carrier quality certification for FRL devices by partnering closely with internal and external teams. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the carrier quality relationship from New Product Introduction to Sustaining, covering the entire product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background to leverage carrier data to identify population based quality risks in both the factory and field. In addition, the candidate should be highly detail orientated with excellent communication and relationship management skills. International Travel will be required.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree in Mechanical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent
8+ years of experience in Quality management in the consumer electronics space
Communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Description（岗位职责）
Own and manage the overall quality management systems with our carrier partners
Understand, analyze, and negotiate carrier quality requirements and develop a carrier quality plan
Influence internal teams to drive quality requirements to meet carrier standards
Define and drive quality levels of our products from initial prototyping through to mass production and release to our customers
Assess project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
Provide clear feedback to our carrier partners on risks and mitigation
Maintain strong working relationship with carrier partners
Partner with Engineering to define product acceptance plans based on PRD and release Product Quality Plans (PQP) to the factory
Provide Quality team’s risk assessment and advocate for the customer in project cross functional team core meetings
Defining and owning Quality KPIs and metrics
Drive communication and actions on quality by conducting periodic quality reviews and by aligning and engaging with cross-functional teams
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to global locations
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Masters in Mechanical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent
Experience with carrier or FDA compliance
Project management experience and proven track record of creative problem solving in a development environment
External partner relationship management experience
Data mining, data visualization experience to make strategic business decisions Certified Quality Engineer, Lean/Six Sigma black belt
Knowledge of reliability methods, quality and statistics tools and methodology, design of experiments, statistical process control methods and theory
Finance/business background (understand cost drivers and experience deriving costs associated with managing quality)
Experience managing functional engineering teams
