Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs is seeking a Lab Manager to join their Display and Optics Team. In this role, You will be responsible for the design, development and productization of the optical and display systems.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline
3+ years of optical lab management experience
Experience/familiarity with developing custom optical systems for Metrology deployment
Knowledge about closing the loop on designs through testing and validation
Proven communication and collaboration skills
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and in early stages of product development
Description（岗位职责）
Setup, manage and create the safest optical and display engineering lab spaces
Work with multiple lab vendors and cross-functional team partners on technical requirements and deliverables of equipment to all optical and display labs
Drive the lab team’s direction to implement the strategic optical and display team’s vision
Tactical deployment for test strategy, mapping program needs to metrology test owner development plans from components to display systems
Work with vendor managed service providers to determine KPIs deliverables for each optical and display labs
Drive internal POCs and/or external CM development for optical and display labs
Work with cross-functional team members to execute on the above including methods, procedures, and data management
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
5+ years of experience in designing and developing optical test systems for components and displays
Advanced degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Knowledge in both sequential and non-sequential optical design software is preferred (e.g. Zemax, Code V, LightTool, FRED and/or ASAP)
