Qualifications(岗位要求)

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 24 months of work experience in the job offered or in an accounting-related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:

Utilizing Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, concatenations, mid functions, and basic equational functions

Accounting for transactions via an understanding of US GAAP, including financial statement presentation, specifically in relation to retail/manufacturing type environments

Obtaining, analyzing, and presenting data analytics and trend analyses and detecting anomalies using raw data in Excel and other data analytics tools

Navigating accounting systems including Blackline to pull accounting information and modifying requests and GL Detail results, as well as pulling relevant data from these systems to compare, analyze, and perform trend analyses

Collaborating with cross-functional departments to lead projects utilizing strong communication skills.

Description(岗位职责)

Perform cost analyses and updates as part of a team of accounting professionals that support the AR/VR supply chain/manufacturing process.

Carry out month-end close duties, such as analyzing financial transactions in general ledgers, preparing manual journal entries, and preparing account reconciliations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives by partnering with cross functional process owners and enhance current tools/systems for business growth and scalability.

Assist in systems testing for any new product launches and other business initiatives.

Partner with internal and external auditors on satisfactory completion of all audit requests.

Maintain and ensure compliance with all pertinent Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) documentation and requirements.

Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting packages to management.

Support new business initiatives while ensuring accurate inventory and COGS accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Serve as a key contributor to ensuring we succeed in supporting business growth and maintain accountability in all our financial reporting in a high growth environment.
