Facebook Reality Labs are developing the future of Augmented Reality & smart wearables. Our team has the responsibility for taking breakthrough concepts and delivering them to market at scale. We are seeking an innovative Systems Integration Engineering Lead that has passion for shipping compelling products. This position requires someone who has expertise working with product teams and shipping consumer hardware, and has proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional partners to manage system requirements. We are looking for a candidate that can lead execution of core development while providing clear and effective communication to remove barriers across the team.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in electrical engineering, optical engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product development and shipping consumer electronics products
Experience in developing advanced systems in collaboration with EE, FW, PD, and sensor systems, while keeping a holistic view of how technical decisions map to customer experience
Experience in leading technical teams, cross-functional groups and vendors against project plans
Familiarity with typical consumer electronics product development lifecycle
Description（岗位职责）
Lead integration of complex systems across multiple domains for mass production of consumer electronics products
Drive system integration work streams for productization of advanced features necessary to deliver key product requirements and resolve technical project challenges
Engage effectively with Product Management, cross-functional engineering leads, engineering managers, and technical program managers to develop processes that advance the product development
Identify opportunities and technologies that improve product performance and user experience
Drive resolution of technical issues by working with the cross-functional teams, such as, Mechanical, SW, Technology teams, EHS, Legal, Partnerships and vendors
Drive validation and maturity of new technologies, and collaborate with the product team to integrate new features into products
Communicate processes, technology, and plans effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
MS in electrical engineering, optical engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience bringing new technologies and product categories to market
Expert in one or more subsystems in typical consumer electronics products such as camera, display, audio, SOC/Compute, sensors, power etc.
Experience leveraging technical and product development experience and strong cross-collaboration relationships to influence product direction
