As Director of Sales Enablement at Facebook FRL, you will bridge the technical and business worlds as you partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of a business systems strategy and conceive, design, prioritize, and deliver key process and information systems solutions that enable the business to meet its ambitious goals. You will provide cross-functional leadership to chart strategic direction in sync with overall company roadmaps, while delivering flexible sales-focused capabilities that meet near-term business needs. Your goal is that the business is well-positioned to move fast in adapting for scale and complexity.
The ideal candidate will have strong systems solution and project/portfolio management experience, and strong capabilities in technical architecture and infrastructure. The right candidate will have a track-record of leading strategic initiatives, ability to navigate strategic and tactical challenges, work in ambiguity, strong sales and general business acumen, and capacity to lead several key initiatives in parallel, working with large, extended and cross functional teams.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
12+ years experience working in Sales Operations, Enablement or similar roles including leading system-enabled transformation across sales functions in physical products companies
10+ years of experience of managing a multi-tiered team in distributed locations/time zones
Experience working with and implementing Enterprise level Sales and Marketing solutions
Experience working in a data-driven decision-making environment, leveraging industry standard KPIs to measure and improve performance
Experience in implementing and using industry leading sales operations tools
Description(岗位职责)
Provide direct leadership of team working horizontally with FRL Operations in business capabilities development/transformations
Directly manage team chartered with defining business requirements and shepherding projects through implementation as well as QA, portfolio/program management, process documentation, production support and sustaining operations
Become a trusted partner and advisor for business leaders and engineering development teams, and ensure team members effectively represent business owners in all capability development initiatives
Build and manage relationships with leaders throughout the organization
create cross-functional teams optimized for successful execution
Ensure strategic and operational alignment between all critical business systems and their user communities
Build and execute systems-enabled capability roadmaps to support corporate strategy and goals endorsed by stakeholders
Lead team that defines, documents, and standardizes business processes within new systems deployments
Establish and manage master data processes to maintain integrity
Ensure effective risk management strategy for data security and resiliency, including for third-party providers

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with rapid decision making (consumer electronics preferred)
