As the Optical Metrology Manager, you will be joining the Display & Optics team that is responsible for the design, development and productization of the display systems in Facebook Reality Labs.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in designing and developing optical test systems for components and displays.
2+ years of engineering management experience.
Experience/familiarity with developing custom optical systems for Metrology deployment.
Hands-on experience with hardware and software for tool interface, data collection, and analysis.
Experience working with/across multidisciplinary teams including EE, Opto-ME and Optical Engineers.
Knowledge about closing the loop on designs through testing and validation.
Proven communication and collaboration skills.
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and in early stages of product development.
Description（岗位职责）
Design, develop, and implement novel metrology tools and equipment for display components, subsystems and systems.
Manage a small team of optical scientists/engineers.
Drive team direction for development of Optical Metrology from proof-of-concept to implementation into manufacturing.
Strategic planning for test strategy, mapping program needs to metrology test owner development plans from components to display systems.
Work with component and system design engineers to determine CTQ metrics and KPIs for each measurement station.
Drive internal POCs and or external CM development for Optical Metrology test stations.
Work with own team and cross-functional team members to execute on the above including methods, procedures, and data management.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Advanced degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
Knowledge in both sequential and non-sequential optical design software is preferred (e.g. Zemax, Code V, LightTool, FRED and/or ASAP).
