From a new building to a new process, our team is involved to support customer needs in a fast-paced, growing environment. The Operations Business Lead will be a key member of the team supporting and leading our team communications, process and system improvements. This role will work across Team Operations to lead internal and external team communications and streamline service agreements and lead budget management.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience with white paper, drafting request for proposal and routine business updates
Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
BS/BA in Business Management, Communications, Project Management
5+ years experience
Description（岗位职责）
Lead documentation, development and organization of team functional review, strategy planning and key business metrics
Oversee team budget, including streamlining and overseeing broad contract development with key vendors and service providers
Drive operational rhythm and use metrics to facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities
Develop strategic calendar of key deliverables for organization
Develop team communication program and strategy for all messaging to business
Travel, up to 15% including internationally
