The FRL Business Enablement Team within FRL Operations partners with cross-functional delivery partners and our business teams including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Quality, Supply Chain and Post Sales Support business teams to define processes, implement enabling systems and analytics solutions and support change management and solution adoption.
BET Analytics is looking for an Analytics Manager to support a team of technical analysts responsible for building scalable data and analytics tools to influence and optimize the performance of our FRL Operations partners. The Analytics Engineering Manager role is a people manager opportunity that requires the ability to develop and grow a team of technical and motivated Analytics Engineers who are responsible for developing data pipelines, the RL Operations data warehouse, and analytics tools for their supply chain operations partners.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years experience as a People Manager directly responsible for leading and developing technical experts (Data Modelers, Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists)
Experience influencing technical and non-technical partners with data and insights
9+ years experience in a hands-on technical role as a Data Modeler, Data Architect, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist, gathering and decomposing requirements into a technical solution for insights and analysis
9+ years experience following the data development lifecycle to develop scalable data infrastructure and analytics tools
9+ years of experience with SQL for development (Oracle, Hive, MySQL, Spark, etc.)
5+ years of experience in custom ETL/ELT design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouses
5+ years of experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
Experience leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Experience influencing technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
Understanding of the application of statistics in business, such as forecasting, machine learning, causations and correlations
Experience in front-end and back end data management, specifically validating and improving quality and efficiency across multiple internal and third-party tools or systems
Description（岗位职责）
Manage a global team of Analytics Engineers who are responsible for data engineering, data warehousing, and building analytics solutions
Lead the management and development of data architecture, data warehouse, measurement strategies, privacy protection, reporting and insights
Build a high performing team which includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, developing and performance coaching for team members
Design and maintain scalable organization in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
Develop roadmap to align with company priorities, identifying gaps, risks and communicating progress and shifts to leadership and partners
Build strong partnerships and collaboration with peers, planning and programs teams, and global business partners
Ability to understand, collaborate and influence across cross-functional organizations
Provide thought leadership and a strategic lens to continuously evolve our listening frameworks, strategies, and practices
Work collaboratively in a relationship-oriented, matrixed, fluid, growing and complex environment and effectively manage stakeholder relationships
Contribute to technical development where necessary, designing and developing data models, data pipelines, and analytics tools
