Facebook Reality Labs is building tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. We are looking for a talented Display and Optics Supplier Quality Manager to help us to build next generation Display and Optics components for our products.
As part of Facebook Reality Labs Display and Optics Quality team, you will work closely with cross functional partners to manage all quality issues at vendor factories, set up world class quality control plans and quality systems, and also deliver best-in-class quality products for downstream. We are working together to create the future.
You will manage a group of Display and Optics SQEs to develop a long-term strategy for the Display and Optics quality management system. You’ll have expertise in technology and manufacturing processes for display and optics components and will own quality assurance to ensure the display and optics components design, assembly and testing process meets the requirements defined by Facebook Reality Labs on the contract manufacturer site at the development stage and through to mass production.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelors degree in Optics and/or Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with at least 5 years management experience in a fast moving consumer electrical industry
Expert process experience on display and optics technology and manufacturing
Familiar with DFM (design for manufacture), DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC and sampling plan definition
Description（岗位职责）
Recruit and lead technical talent and be both a highly technical and effective people manager
Engage with the Display and Optics engineering team and purchasing team on supplier selection
Risk assessment and qualification for both product and process of individual Display and Optics component supplier and subassembly level manufacturer
Quality plan definition, alignment and execution for the suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer which includes PFMEA, control plan, CTQ processes, correlated inspection and tester correlation between suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer, reliability qualification and monitoring plan, quality reporting, traceability etc.
Work with the engineering team on process development for the subassembly level part in the development stages
Review and set up measurement SOP and alignment in the supply chain
Work with the engineering team to initiate and define Display and Optics modules cosmetic inspection method and acceptance criteria
Process audit and monitoring Display and Optics modules, and their components level part manufacturer for risk assessment and improvement
Leading quality problem solving and yield improvement for the Display and Optical modules and their component level parts
Proactive quality monitoring system set up for the purchased Display and Optical modules and components level part in supplier factory
Review and approval of the Display and Optical modules and their components level part shipping condition and package design validation
Frequent overseas travel (up to 30%)
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience on FATP/View Optics/Semiconductor industries
Certified Quality Engineer, 6sigma black belt
End-to-end Display and Optics components management experience, like View Optics Lens and Optical Films, etc.
