Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math or Physics or related field
2+ years experience in developing ML/CV algorithms (acquired during studies or work experience)
2+ years experience developing efficient computer vision software in Python or C++
Familiarity with at least one deep learning tools and packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description（岗位职责）
Develop novel CV/ML/DL algorithms
Define data collection protocol and annotations requirements
Conduct ML/CV model training and optimization
Integrate the new models into production eye-tracking engine
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Industry experience in machine learning/computer vision/image processing algorithm development
Knowledge of digital image formation & camera calibration
Experience in deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNN), generative adversarial networks (GAN)
Experience in developing eye-tracking algorithms
