Join the Worldwide Channel Interactive Technology team, which oversees a comprehensive suite of systems and tools that facilitate world-class experiences for Apple customers around the globe. As an Emerging Experiences Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for bringing new technologies to life, creating best-in-class demo experiences for our customers across more than 1 million digital touch points. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of Apple’s products, software, and services and how they integrate together. As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you will be at the center of multiple new connected demo experiences, working closely with a cross functional team to design, build, test, and deploy a portfolio of new technologies. Success in this role will rely on a keen attention to detail, deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to manage timelines in an ambiguous environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
6+ years in a technical or project management role, preferably leading highly cross-functional software projects for end users
Deep expertise of the Apple Ecosystem, including, but not limited to macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, VisionOS, Apple hardware, and Apple Services
Demonstrated history of networking experience and/or technical troubleshooting
Outstanding problem solving skills, including an ability to solve complex technical challenges
Excellent customer focus, with a knack for building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.
Description（岗位职责）
In this role, you will be directly responsible for delivering best-in-class demo experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new innovative software technologies from concept to reality, executing deliverables against defined timelines in an ambiguous cross-functional environment
- Working with multiple different teams to deliver connected multi-device demo experiences around the world, focusing deeply on the Apple ecosystem and bringing it to life in new ways
- Developing project plans, using both written and verbal communication to keep stakeholders informed of the progress at every stage
- Supporting the testing and deployment of your software projects while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience
- Maintaining surprise-and-delight for our customers, working in confidential environments, as we launch new Apple products, software, and services for the world
- Collecting feedback, metrics, and insights from your peers and field partners to drive new requirements and continuously improvement in the customer experience
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a diverse range of audiences.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path
Strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
Working in a worldwide organization- deploying technologies and working on change management across multiple different geos
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), asset management, or iOS device deployment
Working with prototype hardware and software
Experience using Terminal and Command Line
Prior experience working in a retail store environment
