The RecSys platforms team in Proactive Intelligence is responsible for building recommendation systems that adapt to users’ behavior with resource-constrained machine learning models running locally on users’ devices. Qualifications（岗位要求）
MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning; or 7 years practical experience in software engineering
At least three years experience with software engineering in production systems (working with Python or R; and/or C/Objective-C/C++, Swift, or Rust)
At least two years of experience as a tech lead for software features shipped in production, with a machine learning component in at least one of those features
Description（岗位职责）
You will lead a team that uses ML to push the boundaries of RecSys and personalization in Apple’s products so that they feel like they know you and what you’re trying to accomplish, all without compromising on the promise of protecting user privacy. You will work with cross-functional partners to find new recommendations use cases and to evolve existing systems to support emerging capabilities in new products. You will lead the way in developing and applying automated processes for validation and monitoring; and develop innovative tools and metrics that change the way we look at problems!
