Qualifications（岗位要求）
Prior experience with driving software development practices
Ability to identify and resolve project conflicts and inter-dependencies quickly
Ability to communicate and present with a polished demeanor, adapting and filtering appropriately across varied audiences including high-level management
Ability to comprehend and apply new technologies and concepts very quickly
Track record of understanding and communicating complex technical, logical, or process issues in a timely, concise, and objective manner
Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail, especially in predicting and preventing potential future challenges
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Apply strong organizational skills
Able to develop and maintain relationships across and between organizations

Description（岗位职责）
We are looking for people with a passion and track record for shipping complex new technology. This is a hands on role where you will lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
You will work with the most creative people in the world, working on technologies the likes of ARKit, RealityKit and Reality Composer Pro. You should demonstrate high integrity, high energy and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. As an experienced change leader navigating uncharted technology advancements you will need to build strong collaborative relationships and calmly manage any associated conflicts along the way. You will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery with laser focus on execution with a keen eye for important details.
