Qualifications（岗位要求）
3+ years of experience across the following:
Coding skills in C++ and Python
Familiarity With Video Codecs (H.264/HEVC/AV1)
Subjective and Objective Video Quality Metrics
Hands on experience with tuning video encoding parameters to balance bitrate, performance and quality
Experience building Real-Time Video Quality Measurement Tools
Understanding of HLS Media Streaming would be a Plus
Description（岗位职责）
Our team is challenged to push the capabilities of modern hardware to the limit in order to achieve incredible goals. You will work in a team of engineers to add new backend encoding and quality measurement capabilities. You will be developing services focused on Immersive Content. With your skills in analyzing video quality, you will be able to influence video encoding workflows and in turn help with delivering best quality immersive videos to our customers.
