The goal of the Enterprise Sales & Experience Specialist is to illustrate the art of the possible for Apple Vision Pro, focused on the enterprise user. You will design and deliver demonstrations that present the capabilities of the product and its revolutionary new technology. You will also showcase solutions, representative use cases, and transformative user workflows that inspire customer investment in the technology, the visionOS platform, and the product itself.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of technical consultative sales in technology solutions for businesses or an evangelists role.
Strong proficiency of Apple platforms and familiarity with Apple enterprise solution partner ecosystem.
Deep knowledge and use of sales enablement mechanisms and methods.
Outstanding enterprise solution-selling skills and eager to learn for continued knowledge expansion.
Excellent presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong networking ability.
Experience with delivering product and solution demonstrations to small and large audiences.
Creative at troubleshooting a live and connected demonstration playground.
Know how to speak to a diverse audience including senior C-suite level customers to translate technical information into digestible use cases.
Opportunity management: Proven ability to managed multiple customers simultaneously, and align Apple and solution provider resources at the right time passionate about outcomes
Solution selling: Ability to understand customer business problems and align product features and solutions to solve problems, business outcomes and ROI benefits.
Entrepreneurial: Self starter with ability to manage their own business, with proactive focus on inspiring outcomes for customers.
Project management skills to prioritize multiple briefing sessions, unforeseen challenges, and/or miscellaneous initiatives.
Familiarity with VR or AR technology a plus.
The Enterprise Briefing Experience Specialist will be conducting and managing product and solution demos of the Apple products to enterprise audiences.
Description(岗位职责)
The Enterprise Sales & Experience Specialist will be conducting and managing product and solution demos of the Apple Vision Pro to enterprise audiences.
The key tasks include:
Product features and solution demos: Demonstrate Apple Vision Pro product features, cross OS platform capabilities, and ecosystem solutions to customers, across multiple industries, in a language that relates to top-of-mind business outcomes and sales objectives.
Sales Enablement: Deliver content, materials, and plans to enable regional sales and channel reseller teams.
Executive Briefings for Apple Vision Pro: Manage and conduct executive briefings for customer prospects and executives focused on business specific outcomes.
Technical architecture and management: Design customized demos unique to customer objectives and equipment setup to ensure successful and flawless demo sessions
Voice of the customer: Improve Apple’s Vision product portfolio over time with your direct exposure with customers, providing feedback to Apple product teams who develop the technologies
Go-to-Market with Solution Partners: Work with solution partners and vendors to develop joint GTM plans or motions
Solution Planning: Support customers through customer solution planning process, ensure technical readiness, and development of a delivery plan
Voice of the customer: Improve Apple’s Vision product portfolio over time with your direct exposure with customers, providing feedback to Apple product teams who develop the technologies
