The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads inbound product marketing, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. The Product Marketing team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments.

We are looking for an experienced product marketing manager who will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) for next generation Smart Glasses products. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and product launch experience; having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field

Experience with launching hardware or CPG products

Experience with consumer research and proficiently using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, including research, brand, sales, and PR

Experience shaping product roadmaps and leading go-to-market workstreams and documentation, including audience definition, positioning, value proposition development, market selection, and pricing

Description(岗位职责)

Lead market assessment, audience definition, and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the customer POV internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams

Bring a strong POV to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions and tradeoffs related to product value and positioning, features, schedules, cost, pricing, and lifecycle management

Collaborate with the product organization to define strategy, roadmap and success metrics for new products, ensuring product market fit

Collaborate with product organization to influence key product decisions based on a strong customer focus

Help plan and lead cross-functional campaign strategy and coordinate key moments, messaging, and campaign assets across various channels

Draft marketing briefs and partner with internal team and external agencies to deliver inspirational and effective campaigns

Partner with Sales team on category analysis, sell-in, and in-store/online creative assets

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

MBA degree

Experience in consumer electronics with a demonstrated interest in new and emerging tech

Experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, or mobile devices
