The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads inbound product marketing, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. The Product Marketing team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments.

This person will be responsible for leading new product development and go-to-market (GTM) launches as part of the MR Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and product launch experience; ideally having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience

3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field

Experience with developing go-to-market strategies and partnering closely with product teams

Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

Experience with consumer hardware or CPG products

Description(岗位职责)

Build cross-functional partnerships across adjacent product groups in order to influence hardware and software features, apps and gaming content, developer success, and metaverse initiatives

Lead the tactical execution of go-to-market for new products by working closely with key cross-functional teams including Insights, Marketing, Sales, PR/Communications, Privacy, & Policy. Workstreams could include campaign briefs, sales pitches, demo planning, and more

Bring strong POV to the team, informing and guiding decisions related to product value and positioning, hardware and software features, accessories, schedules, cost, and pricing

Develop market assessment, audience definition, and sizing through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback to represent the customer perspective internally with product and cross-functional teams

Collaborate with the product organization to define and influence product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics for new products to drive customer focus and product market fit

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

MBA or equivalent experience

Experience in consumer electronics with a demonstrated interest in new and emerging tech

Experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, or mixed reality
