Summary（岗位介绍）
The MES team specializes in best-in-class solutions enabling factories and labs to run their end-to-end process operations for the Optics line of Mixed Reality Products. Our goal is to enable oeprators, managers and warehouse professionals to effectively run their business using the line of MES products and modules efficiently.
You will be responsible for the development of MES for the Mixed Reality organization. You will own the business strategy behind the product, specify its functional requirements, and generally manage the launch of features.
You will coordinate meetings for engineers and stake holders, as well as gather the requirements from the end users on the production lines of manufacturing facitlities in Mixed Reality.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
- Working knowledge in MES
- Experience leading an agile team of engineers
- Able to work independently with little oversight
- Be a self starter and able to communicate effictively with highly technical resources
- Azure DevOps experience required
- Knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of usability approaches to web design
- High level experience of an Azure Hosted web environment and deployment models

Description（岗位职责）
As a key part of the MES team you will be a product leader on the team. You will provide thought leadership, set a clear product strategy, and develop a product roadmap aligned with customer needs in collaboration with partner teams in engineering, user experience, warehouse, and inventory. You will work across organizations, collaborating with UX, engineering, line operators and shift leaders to deliver a best in class MES experience. You will evangelize our products and drive customer adoption while maintaining high customer satisfaction through engaging user experiences. You will contribute a data driven team culture of customer obsession, collaboration, results, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust.
