Qualifications（岗位要求）
Familiarity with system power and performance with respect to real-time system tasks
6-10 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software projects
Ability to dive into and stay in the technical details
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, ability to distill information for the right audience
Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, pro-active with demonstrated critical thinking capability
Great attention to detail.
Description（岗位职责）
In this role, you will drive large cross-functional efforts to deliver SW solutions for real-time system tasks to manage user experiences. This will require leading all aspects of SW development efforts: you will define, schedule, prioritize, track and measure status. You will lead efforts across teams representing multiple layers of the software stack. Identifying and mitigating risks, connecting teams, removing roadblocks will be critical to the role.
