The Video Computer Vision org is a centralized applied research and engineering team responsible for developing real-time on-device Computer Vision and Machine Perception technologies across Apple products. We have contributed to the algorithms driving FaceID and FaceKit in the past and more recently to the new Apple Vision Pro. As a member of the Video Computer Vision group you will perform cutting-edge artificial intelligence research that will craft the future of spatial computing.
We are looking for the right Machine Learning Research Engineer to help us take our efforts to the next level. Qualifications(岗位要求)
Deep understanding of machine learning technology
Experience with training large-scale models, especially diffusion models
Solid foundation in computer vision; key areas of interest include multiple view geometry, 3D computer vision and 3D reconstruction
Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, CUDA or other GPGPU
Expertise with implementing models in at least one deep learning framework, for example PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax
Passion on cutting edge AI and spatial computing technologies and product delivery
Self motivated
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Description(岗位职责)
We are looking for a proactive Machine Learning Research Engineer to join our team and help design algorithms for spatial computing and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion to deliver high quality products and solve challenging technical real world problems.
The main tasks associated to this position range from algorithm development, design and implementation, to integration, optimization and benchmarking. In this position, you will work closely with similar highly skilled minds in a unique development team to build our stack of state of the art AI and spatial computing algorithms.
