Meta Reality Labs’ MetaWorks team is focused on work applications in the Metaverse. Our mission is to make working from anywhere feel connected, collaborative, and empowering. We push the state-of-the-art in the future of work with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware to bring this vision to life. We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Leader to help our growing team support this mission.

This person will be responsible for influencing VR/AR for Work product strategy and development; driving Meta Quest for Business go-to-market and in-market business strategy; and leading a team of experienced product marketers. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and SW/HW product launch experience having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years experience with inbound or outbound B2B product marketing for tech hardware and/or software

Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution

Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Marketing, Brand, and Sales

Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a growth environment

Description(岗位职责)

Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by customer insights

Manage and inspire a team of product marketing managers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Define success metrics for products and core technology solutions, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management

Lead and define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologies

Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in the customer journey framework, user insights, and market dynamics

Work cross functionally to execute and launch products and core technology solutions through end of life

Act as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

Implement analytics and reporting mechanisms to track business performance, and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies and drive business growth

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Product Marketing experience in hardware, software products, and electronics

Product Marketing or Product experience in B2B environments

Domain knowledge in VR, AR, AI/ML, and/or hardware/software platforms

Experience with both early-stage products and established products

Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management

Experience leading a team of product marketing managers

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

MBA degree
