Within Apple Acoustics, the Audio Product team is looking for someone to help us define, innovate and execute on the acoustic designs and architectures for Apple’s Vision Product Group (VPG). Our team is responsible for complete system acoustic performance from concept phase to mass production. We work closely with multi-functional teams to find innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. We are searching for someone highly motivated to help bring our products to the next level. Qualifications（岗位要求）
6+ years industry experience with proven success in the design, integration, and manufacturing of micro-speakers and/or microphones in consumer electronics
Fundamental knowledge of acoustic theory with a focus on electroacoustics, physical acoustics and acoustic simulation
Proficiency in high level programming (e.g. MATLAB, Python, JMP, etc)
Demonstrated skills in acoustic measurement, data acquisition, and data analysis
Ability to produce data and experience demos to identify and advocate preferred designs and decisions with multi-disciplined engineering teams
Experience in designing acoustic hardware for spatial audio playback and capture preferred
A passion for audio and acoustics
Description（岗位职责）
As an Acoustic Engineer supporting VPG, you will be tasked with taking new and innovative audio concepts from the early design phase all the way to a mass produced product heard by our customers. This includes giving input on the mechanical and electrical design to the industrial and product design teams. As a natural part of simulating, building, and validating acoustic designs, we also give input on the digital signal processing to ensure the overall audio experience is second to none.
Limited international travel to support engineering activities required.
