A systems engineer in this role will be responsible for making sure all sub-systems are working in harmony to make the final experience comfortable for users (short and long term usage).
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years work experience spanning full product life cycle in productization of wearable consumer Electronics, Medical, automotive or Aerospace systems
Hands on experience in designing specification trees, fish bone diagram, spec decomposition, performing complex error budget analysis (applying statistical methods and models)
Proficient with modeling of a complex (interdependent subsystem) features
Solid understanding of design of experiments and statistics (GLM, ANOVA, regression analysis)
Experience in supporting Vision scientists for user study designs in motion perception & visual comfort/quality domains
Experience with Feature (inter-dependent sub-systems) level FACA (Failure Analysis and Correction Action)
Strong team player and creative thinker who has experience supporting/guiding technical teams, cross-functional groups
Ability to present highly technical topics and deep dives to leadership team on a biweekly – monthly cadence
Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems
MR/AR productization experience is a plus
Description（岗位职责）
In this role you will be partnering closely with team members to define and develop an user experience KPI, define spec trees, perform error budget analysis & work with various cross functional partners on making sure the top level UX KPI is met over the lifetime of the product.
