Qualifications（岗位要求）
4+ years of experience as a team leader
6+ years of experience in Embedded Software/Firmware development in C/C++
Motivation and ability to quickly learn new domains and technical skillsets as needed
Proven ability to hire, retain and mentor engineering talent
Effective written and verbal communication
Strong background in operating systems, custom SOC architecture
Experience in power and performance optimizations
Description（岗位职责）
The Vision Products Group (VPG) is looking to hire a technical engineering manager to lead the development of low-level Software and bringup of development platforms for Apple Vision Pro. You will be expected to be a hands-on technical leader and have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Apple to drive and shape novel Hardware/Software architecture. You will drive the full life cycle of feature development from quick-turn initial proof of concept, system modeling, profiling and prototyping leading to production software.
