As a Solutions Architect, Security & Privacy Practice Lead you will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams in the areas of Security, Privacy, Identity, Policy & Compliance to as a Subject Matter Expert. With customers and partners, you will engage on these topics with stakeholders (up to and including C level) as an authority in these areas to help with pre-sale and post-sale engagements. With internal teams, you will work to further product capabilities in these areas as well as address policy & compliance topics. As a Practice Lead, you will provide steering, alignment & advocacy to other SAs engaged in these areas as well as XFN, develop Best Practices and artifacts; and deliver thought leadership both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will combine technical, product and business skills to make our customers and partners successful, and improve Reality Labs products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
5+ years experience in the areas of Security, Privacy, Identity, Policy & Compliance as an SME
Experience communicating to technical and business at Senior Management/C level
Knowledge of the Enterprise space and relevant IT areas (Identity, Provisioning, Security, Networking, Device Management, and other aspect of software and hardware deployment & management)

Deeply understand Reality Labs products, architecture and integration components
Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Security, Privacy, Identity, Trust, Policy & Compliance as it relates to Enterprise and B2B Engagements
Engage with customers, partners and internal teams in the SME area, building strong relationships to help drive growth, adoption of the RL business and further product capabilities through advocacy and by leveraging a deep understanding of both industry trends and business needs
Create artefacts and develop best practices
Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
