Meta Reality Labs’ Meta for Work team is focused on work applications in the Metaverse. Our mission is to make working from anywhere feel connected, collaborative, and empowering. We push the state-of-the-art in the future of work with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware to bring this vision to life. We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketer to help our growing team support this mission.

This person will be responsible for influencing VR for Work experiences product strategy and development, and leading go-to-market strategy as part of the Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and SW product launch experience having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

5+ years experience with inbound or outbound product marketing for enterprise tech hardware and/or software

Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution

Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

Description(岗位职责)

Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by customer insights

Define success metrics for products and core technology solutions, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management

Lead and define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologies

Provide thought leadership to help guide executives on decisions and tradeoffs related to product strategy

Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy for product launches, working cross functionally across the organization that is grounded in the customer journey framework, user insights, and market dynamics

Act as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

Support growth initiatives for live software products and services, working with cross functional partners including Marcom, Partnerships, and Comms to meet acquisition and engagement goals

Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate for improvements

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Product Marketing experience in B2B environments, marketing communications, and/or product management

Domain knowledge in VR, AR, AI/ML and/or hardware/software platforms

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

MBA degree
