Summary（岗位介绍）
We are searching for self driven, passionate engineers to provide design, FA, validation, and manufacturing support for Vision Pro team. Our products are on the groundbreaking in every area: integration, connectivity, power consumption, fabrication, reliability, manufacturing scale, and design.
Play a meaningful role in the development of Vision Pro related products, collaborating with the global team to support the development activities in China on several areas:
Production line test stations
Test tool development
Automation tool/equipment for data collection, signal measurement etc.
Control and release test plan/coverage
Additionally, craft positive relationships with the Contract Manufacturer’s EE/SW team, and take a lead role in driving those teams to achieve our testing, validation and manufacturing goals with a very high bar of quality.

The position is based in the Shanghai/Kunshan/Suzhou area. Some international travel is required, to work side by side with engineers in Cupertino.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Strong skills on coding and scripting.
Hands-on experience at HW/FW debugging and familiar with HW/SW debug tools.
Have strong communication and collaboration skill to work with cross-function teams, contract manufacturers and vendors.
Have experience of low speed interface protocol likes I2C, SPI, UART etc.
Have experience of developing test stations. (Either functional or performance test.)
Understand how to improve GRR and retest issues.
Understand how to do version control.
Plus:
Excellent FA capability to deal with complex issues.
Experience on high volume products from beginning to end and dealing with contract manufacturers
Experience on GPIB/USB programming for test equipment.
Experience on DDR, PCIe, USB4, LPDP FW/driver development.
Description（岗位职责）
Leading and interacting with our contract manufacturers’ EE teams, driving them to delivery high quality work during NPI stage, including test station deployment, dry-run, validation and FA.
Work with cross-function team to define test plan/coverage and develop the test tools/stations.
