In this role, you will be working in close partnership with multiple teams throughout the Siri and Information Intelligence organization. You’ll help teams get deeper understanding of how the experiences we’re building are being used, focusing on the key areas of performance, reliability and quality.

Our team is responsible for triaging incoming bugs, supporting special projects, and improving processes and tools for our teams. We’re looking for the right person who can collaborate with other engineers and teams in various technical areas to help improve the product and standardize standard processes. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and have a passion for technology. We are looking for someone with a combination of strong technical skills and a desire to improve the quality of customer features.

Experience with bug tracking systems and debugging software issues

Customer focused: Passionate about the customer experience and how we can improve it

Great communicator: Excellent written/verbal skills, able to summarize key points and tie them back to product quality. Able to work with others to cut through ambiguity and to figure out how to bring issues to resolution

Priority driven: Comfortable working in a continually changing, fast-paced environment and driving top issues to resolution

A history of working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful products. Able to work with other groups to improve quality and set priorities. Able to influence even without direct authority


This role is the front line of triaging reported issues for the team and will need to quickly and efficiently analyze and debug the problems for further disposition. The work involves reviewing incoming issues, analyzing logs, identifying emerging trends and may develop scripts and participate in automating the core functions of screening andtriaging.

This role requires a team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, comfort multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and ability to work with diverse individuals and teams.

– Solid understanding of computer science algorithms, data structures, programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, Bash, etc.)
