Qualifications(岗位要求)
6+ years experience developing apps for iOS/iPadOS using UIKit and AppKit, with Swift or C / C++/ Objective-C and SwiftUI.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills: You will be writing, presenting to, and speaking with developers and engineering colleagues regularly.
Strong computer science fundamentals & debugging instincts.
Willingness to dive in and take ownership of a problem space: You will be treated as an expert and go-to for your areas of support.
Ability to rapidly problem solve, improvise, and triage technical scenarios.
Resourceful, passionate, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
Description(岗位职责)
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of world-class 3rd party experiences by bridging developers to core engineering teams. Your role will focus on enabling developers to create the most innovative apps using Apple technologies while ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Collaborating cross-functionally, you will partner with developers onboarding into Vision Pro, support their creation of novel spatial apps, debug / optimize user experiences, and understand developer feature needs. Your responsibilities will include: Developing software, installing and configuring new hardware / software systems, creating demos, debugging developer experiences, identifying development challenges, implementing solutions against problem areas, and curating insights.
The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background and is driven to solve challenging technical problems on behalf of developers. Strong communication skills are essential, as is your ability to translate technical experiences to technical on non-technical audiences. The ability to work independently whilst fostering and leveraging collaborative relationships is important.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)

* Experience developing AR/VR applications (ARKit, RealityKit a plus).
* Understanding of the app ecosystem, business models, and competition.
* Understanding of API / SPI design and implementation.
* Knowledge about computer graphics and rendering.
* Experience leading engineering teams.
* Familiarity with gaming engines / platforms such as Unity, Unreal.
* Experience in a range of lab functions (inventory management, system set up/operations, data collection, etc) is a plus.
* Passion for staying updated on AR/VR industry trends and latest guidelines.
* Experience testing technology stacks with many software and hardware components.
