Summary（岗位介绍）
The Audio and Media Technologies Group (AMT) provides the media foundation across all of Apple’s innovative products. The CoreMedia engineering team within AMT is responsible for implementing software services around linear audiovisual media. This includes local media playback, video-on-demand and live streaming of multimedia content. Our media engine is used across Apple products such as Safari, TV, Photos, Music, FaceTime, iMovie, as well as 3rd party applications on iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and visionOS.
We are looking for an engineering manager with an excellent technical and programming background and strong leadership skills with working experience in the multi-media domain.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
3+ years of relevant engineering management experience in leading a media software team
5+ years experience in working with video decoding, video encoding and media playback and processing engines
Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills
Experience designing, building, and documenting APIs designed for other programmers
Experience with development in an embedded real-time environment with experience in C or C++
Experience mentoring and developing engineers

The CoreMedia engineering team is looking for a top-notch, motivated, and dedicated hands-on technical engineering manager to help design and build media services for playback, editing and export. You should have in depth experience integrating video encoders and decoders into media pipelines.
