As Lead Experience Designer, you will lead the design for a project. You will oversee the creation of rich, narrative-driven worlds using your expertise across every area of interactive design, and you will guide a team in bringing those worlds to life with your leadership skills and understanding of design philosophy. You will have one foot in development and the other in production as you work closely with a team of designers, artists, animators, engineers, and more to deliver innovative, genre-defining experiences.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Passion for creating imaginative experiences powered by ground breaking technology.
10+ years shipping narrative-driven interactive entertainment experiences.
Experience managing small teams in a leadership capacity.
Shipped at least one high profile experience in a lead design role.
Mastery of design philosophy for interactive entertainment experiences.
Expert in realtime 3D game editors such as Unity, Unreal, or similar.
Expert with 3D Studio Max, Maya, or equivalent for level design.
Expert with programming languages such as Javascript, C#, or similar for level scripting.
Excellent problem solving, creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Desire to grow interactive entertainment beyond traditional experiences.
Experience in spatial computing a plus.
Description（岗位职责）
As Lead Experience Designer, you will:
– Lead the design for the project, owning all aspects of experience design while managing a team of experience designers.
– Work closely with the Creative Director and narrative development team, translating high-level concepts into practical design solutions.
– Remain in a hands-on design role, writing code and implementing content in a design capacity.
– Act as a producer for content, working alongside project management to ensure positive communication and problem solving between teams.
– Work on both internal R&D and shipping projects.
– Take risks and fail, then learn from those failures as part of the creative process.
– Continuously look for opportunities to improve how tools and processes are driven.
