We are building Quest for Business, a product for businesses to deploy, manage and maintain VR headsets and applications at scale. In this role, you will be supporting the team responsible for building the tools and experiences that help IT admins deploy and manage their organization’s Quest devices and work apps.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Proven track record of supporting technical teams
Strong problem solving skills and background in coding
Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams
Knowledge of growing teams and/or organisations
Experience supporting product engineering teams
BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
Description（岗位职责）
Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
Participate in technical design
Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain
Define and influence product strategy
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
Software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clients
Experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP
