Are you ready to to push the boundaries of spatial computing along-side a talented and collaborative team? Apple’s Technology Development Group is seeking a hands-on and product-minded engineering leader to help shape and guide the development of applications & technologies for visionOS, our new spatial computing platform. As a leader in our growing organization, you will oversee the development of core aspects of Apple Vision Pro and visionOS, pushing the boundary of what’s possible on Apple’s latest platform. Our team collaborates extensively with essential organizations throughout Apple (Human Interface Design, Frameworks, Core OS, etc.) to ship incredible experiences. Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience leading, growing, and developing a team of highly skilled engineers in an agile, diverse, and highly cross-functional environment.
Strong track record of shipping high quality applications or interactive experiences for Apple products (macOS, iOS, tvOS, watchOS) or interactive 3D platforms (AR/VR, gaming, etc.)
Marked experience with core technologies in at least one of the above domains.
Product-oriented mindset; ability to answer questions through brainstorming, prototyping, and rapid iteration with partner teams.
Experience collaborating with other disciplines including Design, Art, and Quality Assurance
Ability and drive to be in the details when it comes to execution and implementation within and outside of the team’s domain (OS, graphics, networking, and other sub-systems).
Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
2+ years of engineering management experience, or 5+ years of serving in a technical leadership role.

We’re breaking new ground every day, so you’ll need to be undeterred by uncertain requirements and shifting dependencies. You’ll be growing and leading a dynamic and creative team charged with exploring an uncharted and rapidly evolving domain. Spatial computing is a new application paradigm — developing delightful apps and technologies demands rapid iteration without sacrificing quality or attention detail. Along the way, you’ll also help build a passionate and diverse team to push the envelope in this new space.
