Summary(岗位介绍)
Reality Labs Web Development team manages the front end (CMS) web development of our RL web store. We partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, merchandising, marketing, creative, internationalization, analytics and engineering. The main purpose of this role is to scale and drive efficiencies by optimizing the tech health of our website to meet performance standards (page load), code standardization, compliance and building out internal resources for our developers and partners.

Expertise in Content Management Systems
Experience in a fast-paced, always-on, startup environment
Proficient in HTML and CMS
Experience partnering with software engineering teams and collaborating on technical solutions
Knowledgeable in best web practices for optimum performance, accessibility and SEO
Experience working and building relationships with cross-functional groups
Team-oriented to work effectively across all levels of management, teams, and disciplines
Description(岗位职责)
Identifying page load performance targets, monitoring dashboards, reporting on page load impact and championing standards and resources for XFN web partners across marketing and merchandising
Scope technical requirements for new web projects and components across internal markets
Standardize and maintain development rubric so developers build efficiently and cohesively across ecommerce web properties for all countries and locales
Lead best in class development of merchandising and marketing web initiatives
Create educational materials for developers and XFN partners
Leading technical trainings for CMS developers
Proactively identify, communicate and drive solutions of critical program risks/issues
Manage cross-functional dependencies for planned work streams
Align on project schedules with dev and engineering teams
