Qualifications（岗位要求）
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field and requires 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
User provisioning, de-provisioning, and Quarterly Access Review processes
Managing access management systems and GRC tools
SDLC for product implementations and configurations, including security and control, optimizations of business process controls, application security, and ITGCs
Oracle Cloud role design across functional and technical domain areas
Oracle Cloud Risk management Cloud (RMC) in design, implementation, configuration, or assessment
Using data analytics tools, such as SQL, to draft queries and perform data analysis
BI tools, such as Tableau
Executing, prioritizing, and multitasking
Working in a team environment and across all organizational levels
Analytics and problem solving
Juggling between strategy, execution, and operational activities
Description（岗位职责）
Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) and the proprietary custom developed Access Manager application
Manage the user provisioning, de-provisioning and quarterly access review as well as GRC activities (e.g. SOD, sensitive transaction review and configuration change monitoring)
Identify key risks and controls, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, as well as configuration of controls around security, business process and within the Oracle Cloud RMC modules
Develop effective working relationships across Enterprise Products and Internal Audits, executing efficient audit support and offering suggestions to enhance risk management
Identify and address customer needs, including developing and sustaining customer relationships
Identify the opportunities for automation, collaborate and work with engineering and product leads, application managers to test engineering features and ensure building compliant products
Manage product delivery roadmap, developing sprints in partnership with our engineering and product teams, to ensure well managed and effective SDLC, including control design and operating effectiveness
Maintain responsibility for managing SOX controls in user access and GRC domains, from planning to execution
Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing compliance initiatives across EP’s, products, and infrastructure, driving continuous improvements with delivery of audit compliant services
Collaborate, build dashboards and promote automation and data analytics-based audit testing, and innovation around execution of projects to drive continuous monitoring and auditing (e.g., monitoring/alerting)
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, HCM, OTBI) and technical (e.g. – Security Console, Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Salesforce, Hyperion, Permission Manager Admins) to ensure user access criteria is met and perform quarterly access review
$166,619.49 to $184,000.00 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
