The team working on Reality Labs emerging products and technologies at Meta are on a mission to build the next computing platform centered around people. We continue to push the state-of-the-art with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring this vision to life. We are building a team focused on building new products that support this mission.
This person will drive prescription (“Rx”) eyewear strategy and growth. Bringing Rx eyewear to market has unique considerations that requires a combination of subject matter expertise (technical, health, regulatory, industry) and product marketing skills. This role will be responsible for engaging with industry players and internal teams in the design, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Rx eyewear.
Previous experience working with Rx eyewear is required.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years experience in Rx eyewear businesses
5+ years experience in product marketing and/or technology
Rx eyewear business acumen, including marketing, sales, and supply chain
Analytical skills with experience in e-commerce, retail strategies and analytics
Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life through execution
Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
Description（岗位职责）
Develop a cohesive In-Market approach to Rx eyewear growth
Work with product teams to build new Rx products and pursue new business opportunities at global scale
Collaborate with marketing and PR team to bring Rx into customer messaging, media strategies and overall device marketing strategy
Drive Rx sales through online, physical retail and Rx channels
Work with data science team for experiment design and measurement
Support annual business planning and organizational change management
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
General manager experience with track record of driving business growth
Effective communication skills (documents, presentations, spreadsheets)
10+ years experience in Rx eyewear businesses
10+ years experience in product marketing and/or technology
MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience
