Meta is seeking a Data Analyst for the XR Tech team. Individuals in this role are expected to be working as a cross-functional partner on data analysis covering data specification, creation, interpretation, and QA, with both engineering and operation in a fast-changing environment and have a passion for solving real-world problems for VR/AR applications.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BSc. Degree in analytical field or planning (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)
Scripting experience with languages such as Python and Bash
Experience with different databases (SQL, ElasticSearch)
Description（岗位职责）
Specify and create data requirements with engineering teams for algorithm development
Develop stable processes for data annotation for production use cases with operation teams
Author scripts to analyze data quality and improve editing tools for data creation
Measure and track data metrics for the engineering teams
Communicate detailed analysis to support decision making for strategy and product development
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for the annotation teams
Train quality analysts and manage priorities for the QA team
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
MSC or above in the field on Computer Science or Informatics
5+ years industry experience in field of dataset creation for training and benchmarking
3+ years project management experience
Experience with operation teams and budget estimation
