We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will support the overall sales strategy at the customer level and work closely with the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to develop and improve internal processes and external partner experiences. Qualifications(岗位要求)
Knowledge of the CE/CPG market, industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape
Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans
BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)
3+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development for accounts such as Target, Walmart and/or Best Buy or relevant experience
Experience managing workload within timeframes, effective negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Description(岗位职责)
Managing a business portfolio of Hardware and Digital SKUs
Working closely with Sales Operations and being able to drive the CPFR process with partners
Supporting and cultivating retail customer opportunities to grow the business in collaboration with the Sales Account Manager (SAM) and Channel Marketing Manager (CMM)
Developing presentation and business analysis materials to support the SAM in communicating account strategy with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Providing insights to develop and execute business plans, strategies, and identify gaps in the business to deliver sales and profit goals with the SAM or General Manager
Maintaining a weekly recap of customer sales calls and in-person meeting recaps, identifying and potential opportunities, action items, and being prepared to present this information when requested
Co-developing annual business plans with the SAM, CMM, and Sales Operations partners
Working closely with Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and Business Analysts to identify TAM and market share growth opportunities with partners
Creating business briefings and postmortems to maintain clear communication with leadership teams and cross-functional partners
Working with Data Scientist teams to develop and review sales analytics projects that inform decision making
Preparing presentations and coordinating follow-ups for meetings with partners and key leaders, including identifying goals, agendas, content flow, and talking points
Building documents and presentations as needed to support business planning, such as QBRs, Joint Business Plans, and Regional Account Reviews
Ensuring progress on priority workstreams, such as business goals, Pulse, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Traveling to strategic events and customer meetings as required, including potential international
To be considered for this role, you should have experience or proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and all Google work applications
Strong communication and influence skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
