The Technology Development Group (TDG) is looking for Senior AR/VR Triage Engineers to help us build cutting-edge applications for our next-generation interactive computing platforms. Imagine yourself facilitating the development of amazing applications built on top of Apple’s most advanced technologies, while developing your expertise in Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR). Qualifications（岗位要求）
Proven experience (2+ years) in triage and root-cause analysis of issues for software that ships at-scale preferably with software that ships on Apple platforms (iOS, watchOS, tvOS etc.)
Experience with debugging, regressions and bisection techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail to examine, debug and recognize failure patterns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a diligent mentality.
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with software engineering workflow systems – Jira, Github etc.
Description（岗位职责）
In this role, you will triage and prioritize incoming bugs, analyze logs, and reduce complex problems to actionable steps. You will also develop automation tools and systems to make triage process and prioritization more efficient and become a key contributor to all stages of software development. With exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills you will detect patterns, identify and appreciate nuances between product features. Excellent communication skills are a must, because of the close interaction with the engineering teams, QA, management, and program office within Apple. We are looking for an experienced, curious, and technically savvy teammate who can juggle a variety of tasks efficiently. As part of a versatile and dynamic team, you will be working on cutting edge technology, empowering the teams to do their best and enriching the lives of customers all around the world. You will also have mentorship/leadership opportunities and be instrumental in shipping Apple-quality experience
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Javascript etc desirable.
Familiarity with Objective-C, Swift iOS desirable
