Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will design and program manage the delivery of new capabilities that help drive the rapid growth of our business. With the help of these new processes, our sales teams will be able to focus on what matters, make better decisions faster and achieve higher customer satisfaction.
The Sales Operations Solution team is part of the Reality Labs Global Sales organization and is responsible for enabling our business to scale rapidly across retail and commercial channels. Our scope covers all of the hardware products created by Meta Reality Labs globally.
The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems, partnering across teams to drive change. Working across sales account management, category management, marketing, product, finance, technology and channel operations to identify, prioritize, design and deploy solutions that enable us to grow. The successful candidate will be an expert in translating business requirements into efficient processes and is excellent at delivering projects successfully.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
A curious problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams
8+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, sales planning or process optimization
Project or program management experience
B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)
Experience in channel and partner management operations
Experience individual, who can translate complex business needs into manageable systems
Experience to clearly communicate, influence at all levels of the organization
Experience in working with excel or similar tools to perform quantitative analysis
Description(岗位职责)
Design and own selected processes/capabilities assigned to you, for example processes related to the end-to-end sales cycle and investment management and various sales planning processes
Identify and remove obstacles across our teams, business strategy and processes that are barriers to sustainable growth
Prioritize work based on its value to the business, considering both process scope and impact. Create, deliver and communicate implementation roadmap for your process
Design solutions to most pressing issues, working across cross functional partners, e.g. account management, partner development, marketing, product, finance or operations teams
Deploy improved processes, programs and be the change driver across the organization, influencing at multiple levels
Document systematically how we work and periodically work with training teams to ensure clarity, commitment to the process and efficient operations
Present insights and improvement ideas to management teams and make recommendations for business decisions that help drive both efficiency and top line growth
Drive increased reporting and process automation where possible
Lead reviews for lessons learned and continuously identify further improvement opportunities
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Experience in leading collaboration with regional teams to align methodology, systems and processes
Experience in channel incentive programs in retail or enterprise environment
Experience in enterprise business planning and sales operations
Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
Experience with business intelligence and visualization systems (Tableau or similar)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
