At Meta, we’re developing the future of the Metaverse. The displays and optics team based in Cork, Ireland/ Plymouth UK is dedicated to developing display hardware components for Meta’s AR and VR products. The Leadership team is seeking to recruit a Senior Operations Technology Lead to their ranks. The candidate will have a proven operations track record in semiconductor device manufacture coupled with excellent communications to influence and guide Executive Leadership. The role will involve designing and delivering an integrated Operations Excellence Strategy across several of our teams, sites and supply chain partnerships
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years, expert level, industry leading experience in Semiconductor Device/Product Operations Role.
Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Micro-electronics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Material Science or related field.
Background in working within a Team Management function.
Proven operations track record of successful delivery of semiconductor products to help translate broader perspective to retrospective teams + a proven track record of successful managing complex supply chain operations.
Proven ability to form partnerships and work effectively across discipline/company and is able to proactively solicit and seek XRN partnership feedback to address and solve product challenges.

Delivering an Operations Excellence Strategy that shapes the overall direction, roadmap and program plans.
Delivering consistently large impact and value that drives higher levels of operational excellence across our teams, facilities & supply chain partnerships.
Delivering Better Operations initiatives to improve overall operations efficiency to enable faster innovations and accelerated cycles of learnings.
Driving End to End integrated planning and value chain optimisation from materials through to backend processing and end components.
Balancing resources within a distributed workforce to optimize performance levels.
