Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Data Systems Collection to help develop new data collection methods and technology, deploy collections systems and software, and manage data collections with internal and external partners. They will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and facilities.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing programs from inception to delivery.
8+ years of experience using motion capture software and systems such as OptiTrack Motive, Vicon Blade, Vicon Shogun, or similar in production.
Essential hardware technician skills for maintaining mocap systems and computer networks.
Understanding of Motion capture system setup as well as general CV concepts: setup, maintenance, tuning, calibration, distortion, color balance, lighting etc.
Proven track record of successful relationship management and communication skills, in driving cross-functional alignment.
Experience with high-volume, high-pace data collection.
Experience with game and film motion capture production pipelines.
Experience with virtual or augmented reality systems.
Experience with digital camera systems and audio.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any Computer Engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a research environment or on novel hardware development.
Description（岗位职责）
Build and manage new data collection programs from inception to delivery, and continually improve the program based on feedback from partners and stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional partners (hardware engineering, research science, and software engineering) to identify program scope and provide technical expertise.
Evaluate dependencies, risks, and timelines, clearly communicating key updates and escalating issues when necessary to find the right solution.
Proactively identify technical, legal, and logistical challenges and develop solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Work closely with engineers, research/product teams, and program managers to prioritize data capture needs and execute data collection tasks.
Collaborate with cross functional partners including environmental health and safety, legal, and security to develop protocols that are up to standard for internal and external data collections.
Define, measure, and improve standards for data quality and accuracy.
Provide technical direction and expertise for development of new technology and R&D.

Experience with Maya and/or Blender.
Experience with Unreal and/or Unity.
Experience with Python scripting.
Data capture pipeline development experience.
Technological problem-solving skills.
