Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team, whose mission is creating the future of eye tracking for AR and VR. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience working on early stage, cross-functional efforts working in partnership with leaders in research, hardware engineering, software engineering, product management, and design. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers and will have access to cutting-edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.
We look for technical program managers who have a strong technical foundation and are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
7+ years of Technical Program Management experience
Experience developing prototype or V1 hardware + software systems
Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, software engineers and hardware engineers
Communication and presentation experience through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Self-starter with proven analytical and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field
Description（岗位职责）
Work with research and engineering teams to develop early prototypes
Work with technical leads to convert ambiguous research proposals into actionable plans with comprehensive assessment of required resources
Coordinate communication between internal and external teams, vendors and partners
Identify and communicate program requirements, scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks
Provide key stakeholders with full visibility of the program schedule, progress and potential roadblocks
Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to address those and manage risk
Ensure that the information your team needs is complete, current, accurate, and accessible
Cross disciplinary communication of hardware, software, and electrical system requirements
Establish best practices and refine processes for better communication and positive outcomes
Ability to travel up to 20%
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in scoping and shipping Consumer Electronics hardware
Experience with eye/face/hand/body/object tracking technology
Experience with computer vision, optics systems, robotics, or autonomous vehicles
Demonstrated experience to work with cutting-edge technologies with highly ambiguous development schedules
Vendor and partner relationship management experience including setting up effective contracts and communication channels
