Summary（岗位介绍）
META is hiring ASIC CAD Infrastructure Engineers within our Reality Lab ASIC organization. We are looking for individuals with experience in EDA flow and methodology, CAD/automation and ASIC infrastructure to build efficient System on Chip (SOC) and IP for our AR/VR products.
We manage our ASIC design environment, develop methodologies and craft tools and flows to streamline the design/verification of our unique Custom SOC and IP designs. This position offers the opportunity to have real impact in a dynamic and technology-focused design environment. You will be in charge of scaling our infrastructure, developing flows and frameworks used by our design community to execute the various design activities (design flow steps, sanity checks, regression).
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years professional experience in EDA flow and methodology, CAD/automation and ASIC infrastructure.
Experience with EDA tools and scripting languages (Unix Shell, Python, or TCL) used to build tools and flows for complex environments.
Experience with developing and supporting solutions for ASIC design environment and infrastructure.
Experience with communicating across functional internal teams and with vendors.
Experience with front-end and back-end ASIC tools and flows.
Experience with ASIC EDA infrastructure (compute, storage, job scheduling) management, maintenance, and support.
Experience in system administration, Chef, container technology.
Description（岗位职责）
Work with internal infrastructure team on compute grid, storage management and job scheduling architecture, efficiency, and maintenance
Work with internal infrastructure team on adapting Meta’s infrastructure to ASIC design solutions, including but not limited to Source Control Management, Continuous integration, data management and reporting
Front End implementation flow development and support Internal tools development and automation to help improve productivity across ASIC design cycles
Work with EDA vendors on new tools/technology and new features evaluation and adoption

User experience and experience developing customer-oriented solutions.
Experience setting up EDA infrastructure and flows from scratch.
