Beat Games is proudly a part of Reality Labs organization at Meta. We have big plans for our game and to achieve that we are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our studio in Prague to help take Beat Saber to the next level. We are an award-winning game studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Our game has sold over 4 million copies to date and we collaborated with huge artists such as Billie Eilish and The Weeknd.
This is a key role in building the future of VR games and entertainment with the Beat Games team. We are a growing team of leaders in the VR industry at the cutting edge of where music and games come together. This role will help deliver new features, services, and improvements to Beat Saber across multiple VR platforms.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Proven track record of creative gameplay systems and/or feature design
Have assisted in the creation and implementation of design driven tools
Experience cultivating and nurturing passionate and productive design teams
6+ years of professional game design (3+ at senior or lead level)
Comfortable reviewing and providing constructive feedback on design elements
Description（岗位职责）
Take ownership of features and maintain core pillars across their development
Concept engaging gameplay mechanics to expand the world of Beat Saber
Define design methodology and communication practices across disciplines
Break down systems and features into accessible, functional design for implementation
Inform iterative systems design with both data driven and creative workflows
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Practical prototype experience with Unity (and/or other game engines)
UI/UX wireframe and gameplay flow design experience
Design mentorship, training and/or presentation skill sets
VR game development experience
