To succeed within this role, you should have shown experience in several of the following areas:
Lead and manage an applied research team
Take products and ideas from research into production
Work cross functionally with partner teams to make sure we are aligned on vision and deliverables
Grow the team and also the team members
Able to work in an agile and fast paced environment
5+ years of experience

In this role, you will coordinate and drive highly collaborative research and development work to design end-to-end optimized systems for ambitious real-world problems in Virtual and Augmented Reality.
